April Results
Long term bigtips followers were rewarded during April as many of our antepost sports bets were settled. Advice given in July and August last year reaped rewards as the following tips came good: Eastwood Town to win the Unibond Premier WON @ 10/1, Southampton to be relegated WON @ 9/2, Newcastle to finish in the bottom half of the Premier League WON @ 5/4 - our first (and to date only) 10 point bet! Chester City to be relegated @ 10/1 and finally; Irena Mititenko to win the Women’s London Marathon WON @ 5/2. We returned a profit of 51 pts on these bets giving a total profit of 27.25pts during April (week by week Sports advice in April had disappointing results, but May has started better with 15pts points in the first weekend!).
Overall we posted a profit of 26.9 points during April which takes our total profit to date to a whopping 337.4 pts, a very healthy return of just under 14%.
We didn’t get the breaks we needed during April for our Horse Racing tips, we tipped no fewer than 14 horses that finished 2nd or 3rd - and all at decent prices. Overall we posted a minuscule loss of 0.3 points. Make sure you keep checking the site during May for the best free tipping advice on the net!Posted: Thursday, April 30th, 2009 @ 09:04 pm by Big Tips Admin
